A collective dedicated to health, safety, equity, and education for all women in Central Minnesota.
Who We Are
At Central Minnesota Women Rising, we believe in a future where all women can thrive—where safety, health, and opportunity aren’t privileges, but rights. We are a collective of advocates, community leaders, and everyday people who refuse to accept injustice as the status quo. Through education, activism, and collaboration, we are building a Central Minnesota that supports and uplifts all women, no matter their background or identity.
Central Minnesota Women Rising is a collective committed to advancing health, safety, equity, and education for all women in our communities. Through advocacy, collaboration, and education, we aim to dismantle barriers, empower women, and create a future where every woman thrives.
We envision a Central Minnesota where all women—regardless of age, race, background, or identity—live with autonomy, safety, and opportunity. By fostering community-driven solutions, we strive for a just society where women’s voices are amplified and their rights fully realized.

Autonomy: We believe every individual has the right to make decisions about their own body and life, free from coercion or external control. Our commitment to bodily autonomy recognizes and supports the diverse gender identities impacted by reproductive health access.
Collaboration: We work in partnership with individuals, organizations, and communities to amplify our impact.
Education: We promote learning, awareness, and resource-sharing as tools for personal and collective growth.
Equity: We strive to address systemic inequities and ensure every woman has access to resources, education, and opportunities.
Empowerment: We are dedicated to empowering women to advocate for their rights and create change.
Inclusivity: We affirm that transgender women are women and welcome all who share our mission of advancing equity and justice. We are committed to centering and uplifting the voices and experiences of BIPOC women in all that we do.
Safety: We prioritize creating safe environments, free from violence, harassment, and discrimination.
